Dennis was able to figure out how to add a dishwasher drain line to my sink configuration. He stayed with me until we were able to adapt from 1-1/2 to 1-1/4 to make it work. Thanks Dennis!
I went there on a Friday looking for a shower part. DENNIS said he would look it up and call me back with a price. He did not. Between that Friday and the following Tuesday I left him 3 voicemails and several "please call me" messages directly thru employees. On Wednesday I got sick of waiting and called another plumbing supply and had the info I needed within 2-3 hours and I still have not heard back from DENNIS. Almost two weeks have now passed. I will never go back. Goodbye DENNIS. Sadly DENNIS zero stars is not an option... read more
