Went in for a sewer cap tool and the guys there were great, gave me lots of needed info for about the questions I was asking. And first thing as soon as doors opened lol. Thanks agn

8 people working in warehouse and it took them over 2.5 hours to unload a trailer that was only half full of waterheaters. Not any other Ferguson has taken so long! Don't schedule a truck for noon if your not willing to start at that time!!! The people are nice but don't care about drivers time or clock. I had another load to pick up but gonna get stuck in traffic at this rate.
Steve J went above and beyond for me when he didn’t have to. I wasn’t even a customer yet, just a random person with a question, and he treated me with the same care and effort as if I already was. That kind of integrity matters. Because of how he showed up, I will absolutely be buying from them now. Thanks Steve J
