Sales force is knowledgeable and accommodating. However, their so called customer service is horrible. I contacted them due to a missing item on a Minka fan, was told to call Minka. After I complained that is not a proper response from Customer Service. I was placed on hold for 10 mins. Subsequently the individual said he was still working on the solution and would call me back. NEVER DID
Don’t waste your time getting here at 630 when they open, It’s now 7:15. and You will be disappointed. You got one guy helping people while other guys just sit around not helping customers.
This was my first time dealing with Ferguson. From start to finish the customer service was fantastic. Multiple times staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
I have a commercial toilet in my condo and I'm not very familiar with the various parts (turns out it's easy to fix). The sales guy was very helpful in getting me the right parts even though I couldn't answer simple questions like what brand or how old... Thank you for your patience and help!
They tell you an item is in stock at their location. I get there and they said I can pay them and pick it up in Tampa. Very frustrating. Don't trust them.
