Hate this place with a passion. Workers have the worst customer service. Never really have what you need and overpriced BUT it’s the one of the only plumbing supply houses we use. Still wish it was Winsupply. They actually take care of ya
This place should be no stars. Poor customer service. Their employees tell you they are at a certain location. When u get there 15 minutes later they are not there. They were just a phone operator that lies to you. Ferguson sucks. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid aggravation. Just call Kohler in Wisconsin. They have helpful knowledgeable customer service representatives. They will help you. Ferguson employees...not the case. My husband needed a cartridge for our shower. Chris was a great help. Been there many times over the years and everyone is always friendly and helpful.
