My repairman reached out to them to replace my water heater that was still under warranty and the salesman there that he spoke to on the phone told him to cut the serial number information off my water heater and bring it in and they would get him a new water heater. He proceeded to do what was he was told to do, brought it in and the salesman's manager told my repairman the he was supposed to video himself with the water heater and by cutting off the information, he had voided that warranty, and they did not replace the wat... read more
The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. My water heater broke under warranty and they got me a replacement part under warranty within minutes. They didn’t give me a hard time like other companies with the return/exchange part warranty. Overall a great company and I look forward to doing more business with them!

Very helpful staff
I went to 4 other supply houses..... they did not have what I needed. Only Ferguson had my part! And Kieth at the desk had a great sense of humor...... in and out in just a few minutes. Will look here first next time.
