They never responded after coming out, causing an electrical panel problem, and telling me it's likely to be a $4k repair. I went through someone else and it was a $300 fix. My home warranty company and I both called them every day for a week and never got an answer back. Thanks for letting my house sit at over 90 degrees for a week for something that ended up being routine work after I got a second opinion.
They don’t answer their calls, cannot depend on this company
Matthew and Lorren came by shortly after I placed a service request through Old Republic Home Warranty on a Saturday. I wasn't expecting them to show up within hours. They replaced a compressor and left within 30 minutes like two super heroes.
Amazing staff. Linda kept me informed as my home warranty company kept delaying our install. The technicians we prompt, kind and very hard working. They will be my AC company of choice moving forward!
Even after a busy holiday weekend, the techs were able to squeeze in my property for repairs. Additionally, the techs were able to fix issues that previous companies had missed.
