This place is very unprofessional they don’t make any sense, their costumer service people have no idea what they are doing, first they ask if you are a contractor and if you are you must have an account with them so they can even speak to you? I don’t know how they are still in business?

They showed a quantity of (10) in stock on their website, but upon arrival, they say they have none. This is understandable when inventory shows one or two- I always call to confirm. But off by ten? Territory manager says it's likely "especially even numbers, guys count wrong". Mistakes happen, but this is far from the first time.
