Very slow unload for a partial! Costed me my entire afternoon
We can’t say enough great things about Lauren H at Ferguson. We went to look at plumbing fixtures for a home we are building out of state. We ended up looking at their HUGE supply of appliances and their plumbing fixtures. Lauren was SO knowledgeable with so much insight into the pros and cons of everything we looked at! She is truly a professional!!
Poor customer service poor communication place an order for toilet on Thursday. Got a phone call the toilet will be there with the first truck. Got another phone call on Friday. The toilet is here. I dropped to the place and wait for about an hour until they finish unloading the truck and inform me that they don’t have the toilet and anyway I was supposed to wait for a text message confirming that the toilet is there next time don’t come before you receive the text.
