Terrible customer service. I went to the Birmingham location. If you must go, ask for Kevin. He is super helpful and will assist you in any project needs. Avoid Joshua Childs. He is not helpful and very rude. He ignored me when I tried to tell him what I needed and talked me into buying other things. I ended up having to make several transactions after talking to my plumber who confirmed that the part I said I needed at the beginning was correct. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I spoke with a sales rep 3 weeks ago and she confirmed the mirror I was interested in could be sold off the sales floor. It hangs in the showroom with a price tag on it and she never even mentioned an option of ordering. Went back today to pick it up and they refused to sell me the mirror. The floor manager never got out of her seat and was completely rude when I explained that I am hosting a family event this weekend and needed the mirror quickly.
So rude! Drove an hour and was greeted at 445 with sorry we are closed, after I asked do they close at 5 she said yes but today they are closing early. Wow, I have a business myself and stay open late for customers daily if needed, surely wouldn't close early after they entered my store to purchase something . Hate you didn't need my business!
