Terrible customer service. I went to the Birmingham location. If you must go, ask for Kevin. He is super helpful and will assist you in any project needs. Avoid Joshua Childs. He is not helpful and very rude. He ignored me when I tried to tell him what I needed and talked me into buying other things. I ended up having to make several transactions after talking to my plumber who confirmed that the part I said I needed at the beginning was correct.
