If I could give zero stars I would. Worst experience ever will never return. Had ordered some plumbing with Patricia. Every time I would call to follow up she was always busy apparently and never got a call back. Went in she apparently had stepped out. I asked the gentleman with the beard he was bald and the worst attitude poor-customer service, don’t understand why he is even there. He literally said sorry can’t help you and walked away. POOR SERVICE!!! I HARDLY DO REVIEWS BUT THIS PLACE WAS BAD. THE LADY IN THE SHOWROOM NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED ME. SHE DIDNT HAVE A CUSTOMER AND JUST GAVE ME A LOOK LIKE IF I WAS NOT BUYING OR NOT TO THERE STANDARD, BELIEVE I SAW HER NAME WAS PATTY. Excellent group of people working there
Best customer service by far. The sales associate that helped me was knowledgeable. The manager was also on the floor at the time and made sure to help in any way he could. I’m very new to fixer uppers and the staff here made it so much simpler! I would highly recommend them for both simple and complex projects. Will definitely be back! Thank you guys!!
