The woman at the front desk was very rude, not only to us but other guests. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
Wife and I spent 30 minutes walking through the display area and no employee spoke a word to us. Not a “Welcome “. Not any mention of “Can I help you?” NOTHING. Taking our purchase needs elsewhere. Really poor customer service
Warehouse guys are top notch! Great attitude, very helpful, and seem to care about the product they're selling.
UPDATE: I did reach out to Erik, the manager. He was very responsive and we did end up ordering our tub/shower surround. Everything was resolved and product delivered within a week. The product was in excellent condition. Erik gets 5 stars for making the situation right. I’m updating my review to three stars because, even though Erik made it right, we shouldn’t have had to go to him to get results. I am very disappointed with the service from our sales person. Greatness is the the service I get at every Ferguson. I frequent Oakdale and deal with Dakota who gets everything I need and if he's busy someone helps out.
