Wow, the range of goods at Ferguson was amazing. They have dream kitchen appliances, same with everything you could want for a beautiful bathroom and then lighting - oh my goodness what an array of wonderful lighting fixtures and options. Ferguson Home (as it is now called on E Douglas) is fantastic as are the staff. I won't go anywhere else ever again for what they carry.

Worked with Holly directly and she is the epitome of exceptional customer service! Had a great experience from start to finish purchasing a few appliances - the installers were kind and efficient as well. Truly a stress free process!

Run if you get Shelley helping you. She doesn’t answer or respond to voicemails although the operator said she’s there for a whole month. However, she will email you when you cancel your order. But of course she processed it anyway. Apparently poor customer service is normal with Shelley since my new neighbor also had a terrible experience with her as well.

Ferguson’s has a lot of beautiful items that you don’t see in other stores. They have a great array of different styles of kitchen cabinet knobs and handles, outside lighting for your home, beautiful bathroom & kitchen cabinets and sinks! They have a wonderful selection of different styles not seen elsewhere. You can look online as well to see what you like. Then go in and talk to the staff they can help with any of your needs! Thanks for the help!
