Don't work with these guys or buy a home from a builder that does if you can avoid it. Bought a brand new house and had issues with the range. First the builder came out and said we had to go through the people that installed the appliance. Fine we contacted Ferguson and they sent someone out from Electrolux who said the issue was with the electrical. Builder comes back out and replaces the breaker but the issue continues so they send us back to Ferguson. I contacted Ferguson again on 7/20 but still have not gotten a reply a... read more
My first experience with Ferguson Home and I have to give 5 stars, would give 10 if I could! Kathy Miller worked so hard to get me the right water heater at a great price! And she also recommended an amazing installer Top Dog Plumbing, between Kathy and Ed at TDP I had hot water by dinner and even though it was an emergency home issue, it came in under the expected cost. Thank you Kathy and Ferguson!! You have a customer for life!

This showroom is awesome to walk through to see all the different fixtures and lighting options, shower options, kitchen options. It's a great place for me to send my clients, knowing that they will be greeted and treated with the utmost professionalism and friendliness of the staff.
