David is a great sales rep. He went out of his way to make sure my wine cooler was delivered in a timely manner.
We were handled promptly and got what we wanted.
Now I understand why there’s are so many one star reviews for this horrible place. I was skeptical to come in after reading so many negative reviews about this business, but I still gave them a shot. I walked in and asked for help on some freestanding tubs and shower faucet and valves. I was given a pager and said somebody would help me. I walked around the store for 30 minutes and the pager did not go off by the way this is 1 o’clock on a Wednesday afternoon.
