So disappointed in the experience. I am such a believer in local shopping but I will never go here again. Haven’t given them 1 star because they do have a great selection of fixtures and special items that you can see in real life - but I will never buy appliances from them again and will likely never buy from this location. It's right off of I80 so it's convenient. Their showroom is a mellow, friendly place. Randy at the front desk helped find the cabinet pulls I printed from their website and went over sizing with the drawings of my kichtens plans with me. He created a project for me on their site and I'm off to the renovation races! He was so helpful and made my decision to purchase with FH easy.
Don't work with these guys or buy a home from a builder that does if you can avoid it. Bought a brand new house and had issues with the range. First the builder came out and said we had to go through the people that installed the appliance. Fine we contacted Ferguson and they sent someone out from Electrolux who said the issue was with the electrical. Builder comes back out and replaces the breaker but the issue continues so they send us back to Ferguson. I contacted Ferguson again on 7/20 but still have not gotten a reply a... read more
My first experience with Ferguson Home and I have to give 5 stars, would give 10 if I could! Kathy Miller worked so hard to get me the right water heater at a great price! And she also recommended an amazing installer Top Dog Plumbing, between Kathy and Ed at TDP I had hot water by dinner and even though it was an emergency home issue, it came in under the expected cost. Thank you Kathy and Ferguson!! You have a customer for life!
