Second larger purchase through this store. First one was great. No issues. Communicative, friendly, everything arrived as they said it would. Year later, same type of purchase, and just getting someone to talk to us (it was Saturday and the staff was watching a football game) was a challenge. When we bought it, we were told they would call on Monday with dates for the rough-in and the finished fixtures. When we built our new home in 2021, our Builder selected Ferguson Appliances to provide all of our new appliances. Ferguson has been ACES all the way even standing behind their products coming out of the COVID-era supply chain issues. Delivery-Set-up Techs - EXCELLENT!
