These people are the hardest to deal with. Most of the time you deal with a call center because the showroom floor never answers. The bad thing about the call center is they can't help you only the one person that sold you your setup knows anything. Spent over 15k on a Wolf Range and hood vent. They didn't even get my order right and had to order more expensive hood cover. They have the sloppiest installers ever. Had to clean up more then once after them.
