Terrible customer service and zero product knowledge. This company has completely lost its identity. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone who actually understands the HVAC products they are selling or servicing. Every time I call, I feel like I'm talking to someone who has no background in HVAC whatsoever. They seemed to be improving for a while, but the current management has completely run this business into the ground. Avoid them until they get their act together.

Very inconvenient to have the online hours say you open at 6am but the store is still closed at that time with noone in site.
