service was poor, food quality was horrible, they didn't have steak filets (Friday night, and no filets???) to top it all off, the owner pretended like nothing was wrong and just made excuses for it all

So the truth is that you showed up in a bad mood & immediately complained about the position of your table. Then you found we did not have filets so you ordered N.Y. Strip which was confimed with the kitchen manager that it was med-well with no pink inside yet you insisted you wanted it cooked longer then complained it was over cooked. You did that yourself. So in conclusion we will stand behind the owner (my mother) as she instructed you not to come back.
Ferdinand's is by far our family's FAVORITE place to eat !!! The food is EXCEPTIONAL -The staff is TOPS with service & personality, very comfortable atmosphere !! We have had several birthday parties at Ferdinand's & all staff have helped out making the celebration memorable !!! We also chose Ferdinand's for a gathering of about 50 family members after a funeral & we walked in , the food was ready,the staff attending to all needs and the price was fantastic !!!! FERDINAND's is TOPS with US !!!
Decided to see what all the hype was about this restaurant. My girlfriend and I sat down and the waitress's name was Jackie. Let me explain no hospitality and we waited fifteen minutes for our order to be taken.(Strike 1) The chimichangas on the buffet were horrible wouldnt feed them to a starving pygmy.
