Terrible. Simply terrible. I went in regards of service to remove a cracked tooth and besides the fact that they wanted me to waste time and money on referrals for them to start the work; to at the end simply deny the extraction without alternatives was completely unprofessional and not service oriented in keeping a happy patient. At the end I ended finding another dentist that not only gave me great options but most importantly provided great care and extracted the tooth.
It's incredible how they discriminate and decide not to treat a minor with insurance and a dental emergency, because they say that in 2021 I went to an appointment that they had canceled and I was upset and hung up the phone and they told me that they did not take my insurance, now that has changed, I realize that they don't want to take care my daughter.
The Front Desk Agent (Manager as well) is rude and mostly interested in your money than resolve any critical circumstances. Go to another place.
