Worst apartments to rent. If u rent here I promise u will regret it!!! The parking situation in the street is absolutely ridiculous. Finding a parking space on the street at night is like hitting the lottery!!! The rent is extremely too expensive. They have a terrible ROACH problem. They have a ROACH infestation. So if u don't want ROACHES to get into everything u own I suggest staying away from this apartment complex. The living conditions of these apartments have gone from bad to worse! My family & I have lived here many years back when these apartments were owned by Sullivan & now they pertain to Allen. A plus for some would be that they now allow pets & before they didn't, but for us that don't own pets it really sucks (maybe a discount for us without pets would be nice) Stepping on dog poop isn't my idea of happy living while heading out for work in the morning.
