Found a Ford truck online from Seth Wadley Ford in Ada and made contact with Shelby from sales, who set an appointment. Viewed and drove the truck, worked out a great deal. Finance department guys beat my best pre approved deal and the dealership added a number of additional services, like 3 free oil changes per year, which are a significant part of maintenance costs for a diesel truck. Thanks to the whole crew for a painless transaction!
We bought a truck in the middle of the transition between Fenton and Seth Wadley. We ended up realizing after the purchase that the tow capacity was about half of what we needed and had to trade it in a week after purchase. Fenton management that was on the way out was very rude about the matter, and couldn't seem to relate the stress of the situation or offer any solutions or kindness over the issue. 9400 for a transmission on my Ford and then 14k for a new motor. Not covered by Ford who has knowledge of these issues in so many of the 2018 f150s. I bought the truck new from them but have been treated very poorly on repairing the issue. Very disappointed.
