I've been living here for over a year now. Sometimes my rent gets upped by adding in random fees without saying what theyre for, or sometimes they'll charge full amounts for things that are prorated. So you need to be ontop of what your rent looks like, or else you'll end up paying extra. Staff is friendly and always helpful to fix any issues with the rent system, but these "accidental" double fees shouldn't be happening in the first place. I went to view a place today and when I tell you God is moving in this place. Don't be fooled by the outside appearance. This place has much potential. The husband and wife had me balling in tears because of the passion they have for the community, commuties and ppl in need. They are truly living in there purpose and it was so inspirational .
