***REVIEW IS FOR PROPERTIES AT 7819 GALVESTON**** I stayed on Galveston in a 1bd, 1ba from JUL 2022-JUL 2026, so I've had a chance to see quite a bit. I won't sugarcoat or exaggerate anything, so take this a fair and down the middle review. With these apartments, you get what you pay for. They are a lot older than the Fenner Garden units and they definitely can use some more love, which I've seen more of since the new management took over the last year or so. *ATTN: UNJUST CHARGES RUINED MY PERFECT RENTAL HISTORY* THESE ARE THE CARPETS AND FLOORING THAT ALLEGEDLY NEEDED FULL REPLACING after my 1 year lease ended. They are using tenant security deposits to re-floor the entire 7468 building. I recieved a notice stating that I was recieving my full security deposit refund, 3 weeks later I recieved the same notice stating that I owe them $1600 plus my deposit for replacing the flooring and carpets that I left in near perfect condition. Would recommend getting an apartment here, it’s great on the budget and the office is very open and fast and reached out to me first, I was on a strict timeline for moving out the barracks, and being deployed to Hawaii temporarily, within the same week and they managed to make ends meet and the apartment complex is safe day and night, here’s what you’d expect from a new apartment, sink in the bathroom was disconnected and the apartment is still waiting on closet doors however that’s not a huge issue as the kitchen has runnin... read more
