Very rude employee. I was directed into the wash by one employee and given the usual stopping signal and then he pointed to the sign that lights up telling you to put your car in neutral which I did. Then another employee appears and they start scrubbing the car and what I assumed was the rollers began moving my car but I get yelled at telling me to put my car in park and don't move. I thought people had to clean their jeeps and trucks off before they came here... The worker is supposed to "spray down" your car prior to you entering the wash not clean all your mud off from your weekend excursion. Still waiting, over 20 minutes now...�. Tried calling, no one answered. #annoying
It's definitely the best I found so far in the area.
Tried to cancel the monthly car wash subscription. Most of the time when you call it goes straight to voicemail, and no message is ever returned. Every now and then someone will answer, but they always say only the owner can cancel or refund, and he is never available and never once returned my calls for over a month. Never received a refund they promised they had entered, had to do a credit card dispute to get money back. Don't trust them, very poorly run and managed.
I love how they pre-spot wash the hard stuff in the grill around the tires even the bird poop on the window! They take great pains to make sure that my car will come out as clean as the day it was made. Thank you Sanders for being such a wonderful resource!
It's called "Fenders" because when you leave it, you'll need a new fender.. This car wash pulled off the antenna from my truck and bent the fender. I reported the item immediately with a promise that the owner, David would call me back the same day. Two days later, I tracked him down myself. He explained that he had reviewed his own CCTV footage which showed that my vehicle did not enter the car wash with an antenna, and therefore I should not expect it to leave with one.
