Horrible owner that doesn't care about customers in the least bit.
This place USED to be FANTASTIC. The only reason I sometimes go there is bc they do wash it down before you go into the wash and that's the only thing that will get the liftgate clean. The vacuums are WORTHLESS. I had to move to 3 different ones to find one with even slight suction. Even with the mirrors folded in, it ruined one of my power fold mirrors, has knocked my husbands license plate bracket off (no prior damage or anything) and 1 day they randomly took his antenna off that isn't meant to come off and bent it. James Henry is one of the best workers I’ve seen. Always greets me with a smile and I never have issues with the wash. Thanks to the belt driven system, even lowered cars can come here!
Dually's must now purchase the ultimate wash only. I couldn't have backed out of this place fast enough. What Lindsay Dyer French said, is spot on! I, for one, will not go back here to wash any of my vehicles.
The employees looked very unprofessional, some uniforms would help with that. The car wash left a big black strike across the front of our SUV that we were thankfully able to get off. The vacuums are worthless! Save yourself some time and frustration and use your own vacuum at home, it will work 100 times better. First time here and will never go back.
When this place first opened and the older couple owned it, it was fabulous! They always did a great job and the vacuums were amazing. The detail guy was great too. Now that it's owned by different people, it's TERRIBLE! The guys working the sprayer and office are hateful and condescending. Their machine can never read my membership code so I have to get out and go over and tell them and then wait for them to come over to fix it. They never say sorry and when I asked for a new sticker I was told that it's my car not the stic... read more
