Consumer Beware!!! I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against this business. I am a female that was on the receiving end of one Barry Dismore's tirades. This is no longer a world where you can go under the radar when you act inappropriately. It seems that he is a repeat offender from all the reviews I am reading. I was cursed at and felt very threatened by this hostile individual. Shame on you Fender Mender!!!

How often do you find a business in this industry that is actually honest and trustworthy??? Well, here it is! We've been using them for years and are pleased each time. Not just with the work done, but the courtesy, honesty, and character!
Great Job – I took my car there last week, no appointment and Barry scheduled me for the next day, and did an excellent job fixing it. I was very impressed with what they did and they were less expensive than another shop. Finally, they took my car right away to get it fixed where I would have had to wait a week with another shop.
Great Job on the Truck – My daughter wrecked her truck last week and Fender Mender took care of it pronto. This is the best this truck has ever looked! I was worried with the truck painted a dark metallic gray, and it is10 years old, but the paint matches perfectly. Over the years Fender Mender has painted some of my classic cars, repaired my wrecked race car and took care of every dent and ding the family has encountered. You know we will be back!
Great Body Shop!! Fender Mender fixed up my 2006 Ridgeline like new after a recent rear-end accident. Barry and Cindy are awesome and made the whole process easy as pie from insurance to vehicle pick up. Barry used quality OEM parts and ensured that everything was done perfectly.
Great Body Shop! – These guys have been open for more than 20 years, which is what made me use them. When I got there I thought the shop setup was odd, but noticed the vehicles being repaired looked great. You don't stay in business that long with out turning out great work and customer service, so I tried them out. My 06 Ridgeline had been hit in the rear so I needed the tailgate, the bumper cover the supports etc fixed. I dropped my truck off on Monday and Barry had it fixed up and ready on Friday. Best body shop in the state – I have been dealing with Fender Mender for 20 years. Raising six boys was not easy on my insurance budget and Barry and his team always worked within my State Farm Estimates. Barry is not one to go to for cheap but it is where to go for honest, high quality, and freindly servoce. For non insurance claims he has always given me the best pricing and very sound advice. He will stand behind his work. I have refered many friends and they all have been satisfied.
