Consumer Beware!!! I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against this business. I am a female that was on the receiving end of one Barry Dismore's tirades. This is no longer a world where you can go under the radar when you act inappropriately. It seems that he is a repeat offender from all the reviews I am reading. I was cursed at and felt very threatened by this hostile individual. Shame on you Fender Mender!!!
Great Body Shop!! Fender Mender fixed up my 2006 Ridgeline like new after a recent rear-end accident. Barry and Cindy are awesome and made the whole process easy as pie from insurance to vehicle pick up. Barry used quality OEM parts and ensured that everything was done perfectly. I'm very impressed with their work and how quickly the vehicle was done. I dropped it off on Monday and picked it up Friday. Anger Management issues I took our car to fender mender and had a quote written. The quote was high and we decided to sell our car. We called the secretary and informed her of the situation and she said it was okay to leave the car for a few days. When we showed up with the individuals to purchase the vehicle from us the next day, the owner of fender mender started screaming at my wife and I about him writing up a quote for nothing and screamed at the people purchasing the car for stealing business from him. Barry and crew have been working on our cars and trucks since 1994. They do an excellent job of restoring a vehicle to a like new state. Jim usually works with Barry but Sue and our daughter pop in to discuss any car needs they have too. Never have experienced anything but professional behavior at Fender Mender and superior repair work.
Ok so my 2014 toyota corolla was rear ended and i had just opened a 20oz dr pepper the sprayed all over my car when the guy hit me! State farms directed me to fender mender! This being my first accident and totally oblivious to all i needed to do, fender mender made things so easy for me! They also got my car done in great time and when i got it back you could never tell there was any damage to my car and all the dr pepper was gone! Off the head ligner and everything!
