they ruined a hand full of our new sprinklers, they did not communicate, and when we tried contacting them, their customer service sucked. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use them
These guys are a complete joke. Won’t even return my call. Do your self a favor and go with someone else. I’m reporting them to BBB. Below is the straw that broke my back. I’ve had to fix all kinds of dumb mistakes all over my fence: They installed my fence wrong, it broke, it’s only been like 6-7months. Tried to tell me I left it open and wind broke it. No I did not. I have worked with contractors in the past and know that I am going to have some things I would be responsible for. They did a great job , Francisco was easy to gey ahold of and the office staff relayed concerns quickly and accurately. I try to always by present while anyone is working for me... It shows intrest and avoids disappointments later on, plus I am cautious about anyone having access to my personal space. Work crew was curtious and answered questions immediately. The salesperson was very friendly but hard to get in touch with. Fence gate was installed quickly though not exactly where we planned it to be (some of this was good, some not so good), and I did not know that they would leave the dirt they dug up for me to deal with. Installers were very nice. perhaps on the front end the company should let the homeowner know what to expect.
