Best service I have ever experienced. Very professional and did a great job explaining repairs and services rendered. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
I have not only traveled across 2 States to get my vehicles to the Felty's for diagnosis and repair, I have called them for phone consultations many times. They go above and beyond to take the best care of our vehicles. They have came to where we were to help us. My opinion: They are the BEST and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles.

This place is extremely unprofessional. You see in the cover photo above where that silver car is parked? My Mustang was parked there for 20 minutes while we drove the truck to see if it was repaired correctly, and they towed my car.
Always kind and understanding when helping people with their car problems. Most honest and knowledgeable mechanics in town.
Don't be gay and ask questions they tried to tow my mom's car while I took my truck they worked on to get gas. Nothing like bigotry!!!! Cost $600 plus $65 for the tow truck which should never have been called!!!! Ten minutes after I paid them they had tow truck there. I had to call the police and will contact LGBT!!!!
I think this repair shop is well worth complements. Great job on my truck.
