In all the year I have been going - Just be wary, if you want to make an appointment or cancel an appointment - no one EVER answers the phones So this can only be done in person Doctors are lovely Reception 👎🏼
Was a patient of Dr Wood urn for years. I made an appointment three weeks ago for a check up. Arrived this morning for my appointment, they didn’t know who I was-no appointment. They said I didn’t come often enough so they had crossed off their patient list. No calm or email ever stating that. Now to finds new doctor…..thanks

Dr. Janicki is easily one of the worst General Practitioners on Vancouver Island. Forgets to make the same referrals consistently, incorrectly quotes prior bloodwork and claimed withdrawals from antidepressants were no big deal (despite the massive warning on the bottles) just to prove he has no clue what he's talking about. The best time you could have retired was five years ago, the second best time is now.
