I bought my husband tattoo times for his birthday. After scheduling an appointment a month out, he was asked to come back later at his first appointment. He scheduled more appointment time for additional color to the original tattoo. He has rescheduled 3 times and the artist was a no show every time. I called to get a refund of the money and after 2 calls, I was told they would not refund my money. Very disappointing after such high recommendations for Felony ink!
No other place in town that does better! Lexi is a very skilled apprentice and the only person besides john and Katee at felony ink that I will go to!
Katee is seriously the best! Can't wait for my next appointment!
