Best delivery I've had this year. I arrived 4 hours ahead of my appointment time. It's a bit tight to maneuver for a tractor trailer but room is adequate. TT use dock door 8. I staged in front of that door. Went inside, the dock was ferociously busy. They were loading out their trucks. I was told someone would help me in a few moments. I moved near a wall out of everyone's way. I admit, I only had one pallet for them but they addressed me quickly, professionally, and most of all....kind. Fells Point Meat is the highest quality meat you can buy … there consistency on quality is amazing …they individually package each cut of meat making it easy to cook only what you need . Their customer service is exceptional and everyone there is just nice to interact with
Stopped in during the Holiday madness, everyone on their team couldn't have been nicer and they were so patient with me when I know they had hundreds of other things going on. The quality of the meat and the cuts were amazing but just as important the quality of the people is unmatched. Really enjoy giving business to great people.
