Be careful if you're delivering here. They start receiving at 4:00 AM at Dock 7 & 8. If you have 2 or more deliveries, make sure you double-check your pallets and products. The shipper doesn’t know how to unload properly. I delivered here on April 24. After that, I went to New Jersey for my second stop—1 pallet was missing. Next day, I delivered in Brooklyn—again, 1 pallet short. I found 2 extra pallets still in my trailer with completely different products. Good service, scary area.
Best delivery I've had this year. I arrived 4 hours ahead of my appointment time. It's a bit tight to maneuver for a tractor trailer but room is adequate. TT use dock door 8. I staged in front of that door. Went inside, the dock was ferociously busy. They were loading out their trucks. I was told someone would help me in a few moments. I moved near a wall out of everyone's way. I admit, I only had one pallet for them but they addressed me quickly, professionally, and most of all....kind. Fells Point Meat is the highest quality meat you can buy … there consistency on quality is amazing …they individually package each cut of meat making it easy to cook only what you need . Their customer service is exceptional and everyone there is just nice to interact with
