A1 from start to finish. As and industrial designer I set a pretty high standard with designing a fully custom car trailer with racks for material hauling. There is not one single piece that Vaughan and myself did not design from scratch for this build and not only did the team deliver, they added features along the way to best suit what the concept was including a damage proof lighting system and flushed spare wheel mount. I purchased a Dolly/Gypsy Trailer to tow a vehicle behind our motor home from FELKS The,trailer has exceeded my expectations. The,quantity of workmanship is absolutely first class. It was completed on time and all my dealings with Narelle were always professionally handled. I was kept up to date during whole process, there was a 3 month wait time for construction, but the finished product is outstanding. I highly recommend FELK for your trailer requirements..
