Dr Agbo is a very excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable and caring. He listens to his patients. Spends time with his patients. I have never had any problems with his staff. They are always helpful whenever I need help from them. I like him
Dr. Agbo is a great physician. However his office staff is horrible, non-compassionate and plain rude. If you don't have the all around foundation it crumbles and has many times for many patients. Do not expect to get results in a timely matter. He is too busy and has over-extended himself taking on too many patients. His "support system" is horrible in his office. He needs to slow down and do a better job hiring the right people.
As stated by other reviewers Dr Agbo is personable and I like him very much. However I have had numerous problems with getting prescriptions filled. Sometimes I have had to call 3 timeso to get a refill. That gets old very fast and if I did not like Dr Agbo I would have switched by now. His staff has had a least three turnovers since I started going there 5 years ago. I am waiting for a prior approval now for almost 2 months. They keep giving me samples but can't get prior approval done
I like Dr. Agbo because he does not make me feel intimidated ( some Dr.'s have the god complex ) Not Dr.Agbo. He actually listens to his patients. An talks to them like they are human beings. His secretary staff however I can NOT say the same for. While I like Dr.Agbo. I do NOT like his secretary staff. They are very rude, one was very nasty to me in particular and made some nasty accusations. An Dr. Agbo is not easy to get a hold of. This is upsetting and frustrating.
Dr Agbo is a very through knowledgeable dr. that will take the time to insure your understanding of your situation. Staff is always prompt and helpful! Joe
Getting scripts filled is a chore. The staff is sorely lacking.
Great & compassionate Doctor!
Dr Ogbo was a nice person who did not know how to hire and manage staff. I had sent him many patients who all left for the same reason. Lack of follow through. Didn't call in scrips, or test. Kept me waiting for hours sometimes. As a doctor he knew his stuff, which is why I recommended him. Now I'm embarrassed.
Extremely bright physician, very perceptive, very kind and patient. I have a B.S. in nursing and worked for many years in large, busy hospitals, and Dr. Agbo is at the top for physicians whose judgment I would trust. My mother and husband also are his patients, and they too have received extraordinarily good care. He does have a very busy office, and there can be a wait, but he never rushes you. I recommend him to everyone.
