My first visit (my only visit) went well. That is not the issue. The staff is horrible. I have been trying to get my medical records, and the very rude person on the phone told me that she tried once and that going forward "that's not on me - that's on YOU. YOU need to get your medical records to us." I then called and asked for the office manager, and she was every bit as rude, never apologizing for her staff's behavior and was very condescending to me. Dr. Agbo - thumbs UP. This is my first visit. Liked dr Agbo very much seems interested and helpful
Dr. Agbo takes his time with his patients and answers your questions. Sometimes he talks fast which makes him hard to understand. He has recommended some very good Drs. for us to see.
He is unprepared for his appointments. Does not focus very well. He is always in a rush. The staff had my medical recorded mixed with my husband's. After a two hour wait for a scheduled appointment we parted ways.

Dr.Agbo's medical office has a very robust appointment preparation protocol that begins 48 hours prior to the patient's appointment. The doctor is typically prepared with a detailed working knowledge of the patient's medical information. We strive to always create a non-rushed patient encounter for which many patients have commended. Wait time is mandated not to exceed one-hour for our very busy office (under most circumstances).

Dr. Agbo is excellent. He listens to me as his patient. I have mentioned that to him and he shared that that attitude comes from his time at Sinai.
I've been his patient for three years and have found him to be quite proficient. His practice has grown appreciably in these past years, and it is time he brought on another doctor. The wait time for a scheduled appointment is not acceptable. The support staff is efficient and amiable.

Dr Ogbo is GREAT! He spends his time to take care of my needs and he is very thorough with me. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
