Chile Verde is sour house signature item. Pork meat cook on Felipe’s signature red salsa. Try it on our famous Pancho Villa. A family tradition since 1967.

It was 2oclock sunday. I ate the spinach enchiladas. SO had the chicken chimichangas. The salsa was watered down. Waiter couldn't keep our chips filled because he was busy watching football. How am I to eat $6 guac with no chips? $6 Margaritas were ok, too sweet really, why does everyone use mixers? Where is the lime??? Neither of us finished our entrées, ate maybe 2 bites. This has got to be one of the best Mexican Restaurants in Wichita, or anywhere else. I grew up on Mexican home cooking, ie; beans and tortillas, tamales, enchiladas etc... they retain the old working man everyday home quality of the food I remember from growing up in the San Joaquin valley of California. They don't spice up the beans or goop up the rice. Their sauces are tasty and they even make their own Chicharinos and horchata. (I'm sure I misspelled that). Their bar is great. If I could give it a higher star, I would.
it's a must go too... when I'm back in ict! Food is excellent & service is superb! chili Verde is a must!!
