I visited this restaurant for the valentines dinner. My fiancé and I were very excited because we had heard great things, unfortunately neither the food nor the service live up to the hype. We arrived 30 minutes early for our reservation but for some reason three couples who came in after us were seated before us. Reservation was for 8:30 and we weren't seated until 9:15 and that was only after asking for a refund of the $168 we had to prepay for the meal. Yolanda I was trying to find your reservation on my sheets and I did find that your table was under Joseph Whitehead. I did speak with Mr. Whitehead myself yesterday. I credited him the service charge and also sent a gift card via Open Table for when yall come back to see me. He was lovely on the phone, understanding and appreciated me giving him a call. He also reviewed the restaurant and said he would go back and change his comments since we had spoken.

Food was very bland and service slow. Dessert was stale. The atmosphere is very nice and the 25 cent Martinis were very good. I know this is a very nice restaurant with a great reputation. Maybe I was there on a off day.

Had a great time last night at Felicia Suzanne's. Toni took great care of us, and my Duck and Dumpling dish was fantastic. Also, liked all the appetizers, especially the chicken livers and crepes. Finding the restaurant was a challenge (the entrance is on Main, not Monroe), but now that I know where it is, I will be coming back!
