I need to say that in calling this practice within the first minute if speaking with Joanne I was at ease and KNEW this was the practice for us! Our situation is a little tricky and when explaining to Joanne she was so NICE, UNDERSTANDING,HELPFUL AND TOTALLY SYMPATHETIC AND RESPECTFUL! We had called a different local orthodox in north haven area ( I will not name names) but the woman there left me in tears and was so rude! LOVING this practice and we haven't even had our first actual apt. Yet!!! 😀❤️
