This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had with a new car purchase. I called on a Thursday to inquire about availability of 4 vehicles of a particular model. All 4 vehicles I listed were available, so we’d be able to choose among them. I explained we would be driving across state on the following Saturday. I said we’d be paying cash with no trade. Excellent service & exceptional kindness and professionalism!
I swung into Feldman after work to just take a look as I never even sat in a Kia before. Chris and Anthony were very attentive and showed me a few cars. They were fun and easy going. The dealership had a very warm and inviting vibe. I took a test drive and loved the feel of the car and all the features it had. I ended up buying the Kia Sportage that evening. Anthony made me feel comfortable and he didn't pressure me. It was an easy breezy car purchase experience. I am loving my Kia!!!
