We’re so lucky to have healers like Sophia in our community. Her knowledge, support and presence during our sessions provide a safe place to work toward healing/recovery. I've been working with Sophia on and off for nearly ten years. With her help in SE I have learned to manage severe scoliosis symptoms, deal with trauma, PTSD, stress and anxiety. I have learned how to stay with my body, be present and be curious about my how my body feels, and what is in my environment. I lead a calmer, happier and more pain free life because of Sophia's coaching and knowledge - she is a great teacher.
