Integrity both personal and business is a big part of getting a customer's loyalty. In my opinion Felands has demonstrated neither. On 12-07-2012 I called a Mr. Larry Feland and spoke to him at length about taking on a possible repair of an old .22 cal. western style Hi-Standard handgun that had recently stopped firing.
