Insurance was not checked, verified or even a claim submitted. They immediately sent me a bill for $350 even though I clearly stated before the appointment I could cancel the appointment until they did their part to verify. I know of my coverage and specifically said I can come back another time and u did not sign their form. Dr Feinman told me to just come back and he wouldn't bull me as I am a return patient. Dr. Feinmann spent less than 5 minutes with me during my post-surgical visit. In addition, he did not wear a mask in the exam room.
