Same experience as everyone else. Degenerate business practices, not honoring the warranty because you didn't register it. People are running a business not registering tools all day. Never buying another one. Hope they go out of business.
I always thought Fein to be the premier multi-tool brand. I purchased a Fein Multitalent Quick Start from Colony Hardware on 10/3/19. The tool was used regularly but not often. In about 2 1/2 years it began heating up, would become to hot to hold and turn off. Prominently displayed on the cover of the Fein warranty pamphlet is a 3 Year Fein Plus Warranty statement.
