Overpriced and not very thorough. We caught several issues we had to point out that the inspectors missed on their pass of the property.

Provide unbiased inspections without a contractor list attached to perform jobs that are solicited from inspections. Inspector had many findings but did not go under house or in attic to confirm. Just pencil whipped it and collected fee.
Excellent service and very professional to work with. Not only do they offer structural reports, they also handle electrical, plumbing, termite, air conditioning and framing inspections along with follow up inspections to verify the work is done the right way to ensure long term results! I highly recommend using them for more than one reason. It's hard to find companies with high levels of integrity and honesty and with FEI you will get that from start to finish.
