They unorganized! I had an appointment at 11 am this morning it is now 7 pm and I haven't had anything done to my hair. So now I have to go to work without my hair being done. Thanks a lot

This place is a JOKE.....1st I made my appointment 2 weeks in advance...2nd they were a whole hour late the day of the appointment...3rd it took them 8hrs.....for a four hour job and the straw that broke the camels back was that my daughter's hair is super TIGHT after I specifically told them not to go it tight!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!
