Dropped a package on May 12. As of July 12 still no movement. Contact customer support and they gave me a number to file claim the was actually someone selling hearing aids
I dropped a package here and tracking says it has not moved since I dropped it off over a week ago. Either they are stealing or something fishy is going on but my package has not been shipped and no one knows anything. Never ship here again
It's just a drop box. No actual Fed Ex Office. Drop box is inside front door of OfficevDepot to your right
It took quite a while to find the place tucked in the back of an Office Max with no sign out front. Had to haul a large return package to the very back of the store.
