If I could rate a negative I would. My package is 4days late with no explanation other than they have delays. How long has fedex been in service and still you guys haven't perfected the one responsibility your do have . You call Customer service they lie to you more than one way. 4 days straight my package left the base for delivery. Everday it returns to the base without delivering. Basically, info was given on tracking my package via computer and from there, from when, where, date and approximate date of arrival.
Guy at the desk was awesome. Was in and out quick.
