I have been here twice to drop off FedEx pre-labeled and prepackaged product returns with destinations in the continental US. Both times there is no acknowledgement or urgency from the staff. Both times I was asked specifically what was in the package. I reply that it is nothing; “fragile, liquid, perishable, hazardous, battery, flammable” in the package The second time the employee said; “no, you HAVE TO tell me what is inside”… I gave a product description without specifics. Go here if you like playing guessing games on what they will allow you to ship. They do not align with FedEx shipping guidelines and will just say "it's store manager policy" which of course isn't posted or provided with any sort of policy/exclusion list anywhere. Guaranteed to be a waste of your time. Save yourself the extra time and go to literally any other FedEx store or ship site.
I had a scheduled interview with Katerina, she lied and gave me an attitude when telling me to “reschedule or not.”
They are not a shipping center! They are SUPER picky about what they ship. I've tried dropping things off here multiple times and they have refused me every time. And their hours are wrong.
