Great customer service and not very long wait times nice and clean
FedEx failed to deliver (to ANY address on my cul-de-sac) a package containing a camera and two lenses and other photo paraphernalia, and refused our claim because the driver had posted a picture of SOMEONE'S brick wall (not showing a package) as proof it had been delivered!?! After much badgering about how idiotic that was, they approved the claim for ONLY $100, saying WE had not entered a value in the shipping order. BUT WE did not enter the shipping order (but did pay over the phone with our credit card) and the actual sh... read more
It was groovy, just put the package on the counter and it was a done deal. I already had the label affixed.
