Great customer service and not very long wait times nice and clean
FedEx failed to deliver (to ANY address on my cul-de-sac) a package containing a camera and two lenses and other photo paraphernalia, and refused our claim because the driver had posted a picture of SOMEONE'S brick wall (not showing a package) as proof it had been delivered!?! After much badgering about how idiotic that was, they approved the claim for ONLY $100, saying WE had not entered a value in the shipping order. It was groovy, just put the package on the counter and it was a done deal. I already had the label affixed.
This place gets a bad review for a reason. I dropped my overnight fedex shipment, it stayed there for two days and was not shipped. I had to go there pick it up, add dry ice on it and ship it somewhere else. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE... It's just awful, Sherri, the manager, was nice and respectful, but my shipment was ruined....
