They were helpful and fast.
Nice service but once I called before closing and the counter agent put me on hold for 15 minutes before sending the call to the call center. Was not impressed
Staff is super rude and incompetent. I arrived at 6:45pm to drop off a FedEx express package prior to the 7pm cutoff time and I was told that the driver came 20 minutes early. The manager insisted that it wasn't his responsibility to ensure drivers wait until their posted 7pm cutoff time. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with FedEx only to be told that I could drive it myself or wait until the following day. There was no apology or sympathy.
