Staff is super rude and incompetent. I arrived at 6:45pm to drop off a FedEx express package prior to the 7pm cutoff time and I was told that the driver came 20 minutes early. The manager insisted that it wasn't his responsibility to ensure drivers wait until their posted 7pm cutoff time. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with FedEx only to be told that I could drive it myself or wait until the following day. There was no apology or sympathy.
