IT WAS WINDY AND RAINY ON THE DAY THE DRIVER PLACED THE ENVELOPE AT THE OVERHEAD DOOR!!! WOULDN'T IT BEEN SMARTER TO PLACE THE ENVELOPE UNDER THE DOOR MATT????? SO IT WOULDN'T BLOW AWAY??? USUALLY VERY IMPORTANT MAIL COMES IN ENVELOPES!!!!!! THIS WAS A VERY VERY IMPORTANT PIECE OF MAIL!! IM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS !!!

She was very helpful with a couple small tires I had to return and was having trouble getting the label to stay on the tire. She was very nice and kind and made the process super easy
