Brandis went the extra mile to assist me. She always interacts politely and kind to me. I wish there were more of her.
Fedex has left very heavy packages in my yard instead sidewalk 5-6 feet away. Now i have been told for three days that my package would arrive the next day and then get message it will be delayed. The package is in the warehouse. I was told that the driver does not know where to deliver, can’t find. I have explained how to find apartment, which is easy. I have verified address 3 times. Really not impressed with service from Fedex.
Service is great. The drivers go too fast through our neighborhood. In the 20 + years living here three dogs have been hit, not by FedEx, yet.
