Dishonest. I waited from 9:30-7:00 and he said I was not home. Took a picture of a random wall. BULL! Opened a ticket and after 7 calls. No one got back to me! Bad customer service!
They're often open, have friendly staff, 2 printers usually available, and some packing products if need be, and free tape? What more could you want in 2025? Woot!
When I order something I expect that driver deliver it to the door so I could open the door I was home at the time I bruised my leg I bruised my arm my arm has scratched and it's all your guys's phone not delivering it on the time you guy bad employee
Unprofessional and unhelpful staff. If multiple customers have told you that the computer is giving them a hard time - Dropbox won't authenticate eincmaybe check out the system instead of gossiping and saying how it's not that hard, offer people help.
